All roommates must make their room reservation at the same time, but have only one person call in. If the billing is to be split among the roommates, they must have a credit card # for each person, as well as name, address, and phone number at the time of making the reservation. (When people make their reservations separately, they do not always end up in the same room.) If a roommate fails to appear, the remaining occupant is responsible for the entire room charge. The Resort tax is now 15% (instead of 12%) on the rooms. The hotel no longer offers smoking rooms, BUT a smoker may request a Deluxe room with a balcony so they can smoke outside of the room. Smoking is still permitted in the Lounge. You are responsible for your own lodging reservations. Mention that you are with the Big Sky Retreat as we have a block of rooms reserved at a special rate.

Shoshone Condominiums share the same lobby with the Huntley Lodge. They
have a full kitchen, living area, and bedroom. Please check our
