  • Whole milk yogurt with fresh fruit and toasted almonds
  • 1 slice whole grain bread with natural, non-hydrogenated peanut butter and an apple with cinnamon
  • 1/2 turkey breast sandwich
  • Cut up veggies with hummus dip and avocado
  • 1 cup of milk and a piece of fruit
  • Bean dip with salsa and veggies or a few non-hydrogenated corn chips
  • Rye crackers with natural, non-hydrogenated peanut butter and fresh grapes
  • Milk shake made with whole milk and frozen, unsweetened berries
  • Whole rye crackers with mozzarella cheese slices
  • Fresh seasonal fruit with nuts and/or yogurt
  • Leftover lunch or dinner
