Some Snack Ideas:
- Whole milk yogurt with fresh fruit and toasted almonds
- 1 slice whole grain bread with natural, non-hydrogenated peanut butter and an apple with cinnamon
- 1/2 turkey breast sandwich
- Cut up veggies with hummus dip and avocado
- 1 cup of milk and a piece of fruit
- Bean dip with salsa and veggies or a few non-hydrogenated corn chips
- Rye crackers with natural, non-hydrogenated peanut butter and fresh grapes
- Milk shake made with whole milk and frozen, unsweetened berries
- Whole rye crackers with mozzarella cheese slices
- Fresh seasonal fruit with nuts and/or yogurt
- Leftover lunch or dinner
