Picture #1 Total EFA

A good blend of essential fatty acids omega 3 and omega 6 along with omega 9 – all for good immune function, healthy lipid profiles, and happy brain chemistry – do not cook with this oil – use it raw on salads, vegetables, and whole grains, or stir a tablespoon into some cottage cheese or yogurt

Picture #2 Seven Stars Farms Biodynamic Yogurt

Great yogurt made from organic milk that has all of the enzymes present that are destroyed through the process of pasteurization.

Picture #3 Organic Sucanat

Natural unadulterated sugar that comes from dehydrated pure cane syrup – it contains the minerals, vitamins, and trace elements naturally present in the unrefined cane syrup.  Use this sugar for baking just as you would use granulated sugar.

Picture #4 Stevia Extract

A natural sweetener that does not provide much in the way of calories or carbohydrates – a safe alternative to aspartame (Equal), saccharine (Sweet ‘N’ Low) and Splenda

Picture #5 Really Raw Honey

This honey is really raw and therefore contains all the natural enzymes present in raw honey.  Do not cook with it – use it raw to preserve the enzymes.  There is bee propolis on the top. This is edible, as well.

Picture #6 DHA Omega 3 Eggs

These are the best eggs you can purchase from a store as the yolks contain Omega 3 fatty acids that help balance your cholesterol, protect your immune system, fight inflammation, and help treat depression – the chicken feed is generally fortified with flax or alfalfa.  Be sure to EAT THE YOLK!

Picture #7 Raw Milk Cheese

Whenever possible, purchase whole raw cheese made from unpasturized milk.  This cheese has all of the enzymes present that help digestion and support healthy immune function.  Many cheeses from Europe are unpasteurized.

Picture #8 Sprouted Whole Grain Bread

Most of these sprouted breads are flourless.  They are made from sprouted grains and legumes – they are soaked to become more digestible.  The fiber content is high, and they are absorbed at a slower rate than ordinary bread or wheat bread.  They are a better choice for a reduced-carbohydrate diet.
