Alana's Flax Butter Spread

  • 1 stick real butter, very soft
  • 1/2-cup flax oil (Barleans High Lignan)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Blend everything together in a blender for just a few seconds. It will be liquid. Pour into a container with a lid. Refrigerate until solid. This will have the consistency of tub margarine. Do not cook with this; rather, use it raw over vegetables, bread, etc.

Makes just over 1 cup
