Hummus Spread

1 regular, 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained, reserving the liquid
6 Tbs. reserved broth
1 Tbs. sesame tahini (ground sesame butter)
2-3 Tbs. Olive oil
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 or 2 cloves garlic, depending on your love of garlic (!)
¼ to ½ tsp. Salt, (opt.)

Garnish for top:
Extra virgin olive oil
Paprika
Ground black pepper

Blend the beans, broth, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into a bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle with paprika and black pepper.

Makes a little more than a cup of hummus and will serve 4 people as a dip.
