Good Food For Kids!

Corn and Pinto Bean Salad

  • 1 package of frozen corn, cooked according to package instruction
  • 2 cans pinto beans, drained
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and diced
  • Ranch dressing or favorite non-hydrogenated salad dressing, to taste

Mix all ingredients together. This is best when allowed to marinate for a few hours to overnight.


Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

  • 2 cups organic apple juice
  • 1 carton full-fat strawberry yogurt
  • Frozen organic strawberries, to taste and desired thickness (1 bag)

Mix everything together in a blender.


Banana Cardamom Smoothie

  • 2 cups organic apple juice
  • Frozen bananas to taste and desired thickness (2 medium)
  • 1 tsp cardamom or cinnamon

Mix everything together in a blender.
