The Day of Eternality
- The most important question to say yes to is: Are you enjoying the clarification and expansion of your own desire?
- When a new idea is vibrating within you, whether you perceive it as a preference, a desire or a thought, it begins its own expansion. That expansion of thought is something you then must align with vibrationally in order to manifest it. Because if you don’t line up with it and still want it, there is a discord within you.
- 100% of your point of attraction is the vibration within YOU!
- Whether something manifests or not is related to your alignment or misalignment with the vibration of that thing.
- You are long time extensions of Source energy, a vibration before you manifested, into flesh blood and bone reality. But you are still mostly vibration.
- The Pure Positive Energy vibration *is* you. You must factor it into all you do. If you are aligned with it, you are thriving. If you are not aligned, you are not thriving!
- You must take care to choose your focus in order to live happily ever after.
- Source energy is a non-resistant, high frequency. Negative emotion is your indicator that you are currently cross-wise with your Source energy. It is your guidance system that leads you to who you really are.
- Who you really are PLUS what you have defined as your preferences so far PLUS the things you give your attention to EQUALS your current reality experience.
- Your attention to any subject activates its vibration within you.
- When you are aligned, you feel harmony, clarity, passion, love and enthusiasm. When you are not aligned you feel depressed, frustrated and angry. Any discordant vibration means you are focused on something that is keeping you out of alignment with Source.
- You must become one who puts a priority on how you want to FEEL!
- If you focus on feeling, you will become sensitized, so you can turn your attention to what you want at an earlier stage.
- If you can maintain and manage your vibration, you can maintain thriving.
- If something is irritating you, and you attend to it and push against it, it gets bigger and you get more discordant.
- You cannot focus on not enough and be a match to more money.
- If you are worried, it is an indication that you are focused on something unwanted, and as a result, it is in the works!
- Sharpen your awareness and clarify your intention to your alignment to Source.
- This time/space reality is perfect in its variety. There is no shortage of resources, ALL allowed desires can and will be fulfilled.
- This gathering has been summoned forth to remind you to pay attention to emotional alignment.
- You felt no fear to come forth into this lifetime, only eagerness. You knew you would be inspired to clarity by your contrasting environment. It was never about coming into an already complete place – it’s about expanding what is!
- Your own experience creates your desires and their answers. You have no need to be competitive with others, because there is not a clump of resources that have to be divided up. Resources expand when you ask, for it is always given. Every preference is understood and answered immediately.
- You are here to learn how to choose your place on the emotional guidance scale. Make it the most important thing you are aware of!!!
- There is nothing more important than your choice of thoughts that you activate and entertain. You have options in every moment to focus on different thoughts on any subject. Choose based on your guidance to increase your prosperity and love of self and others.
- The Art of allowing is about how to increase Source flowing through you which brings clarity, prosperity and abundance. And when you are pinching off that flow, you feel negative emotion. That’s a GOOD thing! You need the gas gauge to tell you when you are out of gas. The gauge is helpful. Appreciate it! It reminds you that you need to fill yourself back up with Source energy. That’s what you are doing when you reach for thoughts that feel like relief. As soon as you fill back up, thriving resumes.
- When you have strong enemies that you are pushing against mightily every day, you are pinching it off.
- You have to figure out which direction you are going, in relationship to your objective.
- The essence of thriving is clarity and physical wellbeing and prosperity. Alignment with essence always, always, always, always, ALWAYS feels good!
- We don’t know where you ever got the idea that if it feels good it might be wrong. Your struggle only benefits others who are guiding you toward struggle. You cannot have an unhappy journey on the way to a happy ending.
- As you were growing up, you learned to please others. There is nothing wrong with that – it feels good to be joyful with others who are being uplifted. Where you went wrong is that you forgot that your First Priority has to be trusting your own gut!
- Trusting your own guidance is the only thing that will help you fulfill your reason for being. Feeling good is the signal you are connecting with Source energy.
- You are about learning the art of shifting your vibration so you feel good all the time. Then manifestation acquiesces around the new vibration you have discovered.
- When you are sick, especially with big labels like “incurable,” you tend to take an action journey. You want a leading edge specialist who is doing research which costs a lot of money, so you gather in larger and larger groups trying to inspire political action. Then you have to find a doctor who has the learned skills you need, and then you have to leave your work to do all this stuff, so you need to find the resources to support yourself while you no longer work at your usual job… And we would say, “Oh, just shoot me in the head NOW!!!”
- There are so many obstacles on the action path, and things just aren’t going to be able to happen fast enough. The action journey doesn’t work, and there is such a better place to do the work – the emotional journey!
- You can travel from fear to hope in 10 minutes. You can achieve in 10 minutes what months of actions cannot accomplish – because when you feel better, you are on your way to what you want!
- The emotional journey shows you the direction of where you want to go, just like the very understandable map you follow from Phoenix to Yuma to San Diego.
- Many people on their way to wellness turn around and go back to illness. Many people on their way to prosperity turn around and go back to poverty, so the direction is really important so you don’t spin around disoriented.
- The way to go is the one that feels like relief to you. Source already has heard your preference and is prepaving the future experience for you. Law of Attraction is lining up around your getting what you want. 99% of all creation is complete before any evidence of manifestation is present.
- The emotional journey can be fun, and if you take it, and then you manifest something, you will recognize your part in it.
- Going from depression to anger is on the right path. Going from fear to anger is one the right path. The world would tell you your anger is misplaced, but you can tell from the inside that anger feels better.
- Tell others, “I’d like to have love in my heart right now, but I don’t have access to it. Right in this moment, my anger is serving me fine.”
- Notice that you made the jump to anger on purpose. Say to people, “excuse me, you might want to get away for a few days, because I am feeling relief in this anger, and I may milk it for awhile! I am doing the best I can right now.”
- Where you are, wherever it is, is ALL RIGHT! Love every emotion you have as the valuable guidance it is.
- Anger DOES feel better than fear or depression. Those who would convince you otherwise just don’t know.
- It is true that your body will feel better when you get up to love.
- No one can tell anyone else the details of their journey. You can’t guide others from your vantage point, because they have their own vantage point, and your telling them disallows their vantage point.
- Controlling conditions is an impossible task. But you CAN feel better right where you are, which shifts your vibration, which shifts the conditions of your life!
- Esther said, “I’m sure that my fussing is messing up my future. However, if every problem I have launches the solution, and there is always a solution on the heels of every problem, then all is well.”
- It is possible to close the gap so tightly between problem and solution that you don’t even know there is a problem. You just go from solution to solution to solution. People just give you answers and you find yourself saying, “I was just going to ask that!” over and over.
- Your future is defined NOW. Ask yourself, “How do I feel now? How do I feel now? How do I feel now? “
- Live in the now, means looking at something on purpose in the past, present or future that feels good, whether you are imagining, pondering, musing or remembering. It is always now, on this side of the planet or the other. Physical or nonphysical, even where there is no time, it is still NOW! All consciousness is culminated now.
- So how are you doing now? You can tell by how you feel. If you feel petty, jealous or critical, you are not in alignment now. Guide your memory to what feels good.
- If you had a terrible past which hurts you, don’t think about it. If you had a partly terrible, partly good past, focus on only the good part. Choose only those things, past present and future, that feel wonderful to focus on.
- But you cannot jump vibrations all at once. Sometimes it feels like the thoughts are thinking you and you cannot seem to guide your thoughts. That’s because you’ve been criticized in the past for taking small steps from depression to anger. But you can make improvements in how you feel if you will take small steps.
- If you’ve moved from depression to anger, we give you an A! If you’ve moved from anger to frustration, we give you an A! If you’ve moved from frustration to overwhelment, we give you an A! If you’ve moved from overwhelment to hope, we give you an A! If you’ve moved from hope to belief, we give you an A!
- Just feel for relief every where you go. Do not try to equate your feelings with anyone else’s. Just find the closest vibration to who you really are that you have available in the present moment. Closing the gap is the name of the game.
- If you feel disbelief about getting what you want, it is a tug of war within you. Feel better, feel better, feel better, feel better, feel better, and THEN it manifests.
- You say, “Get me there and I will feel better.” It doesn’t work that way. Feel better and you will get there. Take the emotional journey on every subject. The moment you make the shift, evidence will start showing up.

- When you want a good feeling focus, but your beliefs are different, a good feeling focus is impossible. Instead, say, “I want to focus my way up the emotional scale first, so a good feeling focus is easier.”
- All thought IS focus. All belief is is focus over time. You believe manifestation is “truth.” But a negative manifestation is just the result of someone else’s negative focus over time. There is no point in your looking at it!
- You often focus more on what you don’t want, which keeps it in your experience. So you need to shift your focus, but it is not easy to ignore everything that already is. A quantum leap is not going to happen easily. Just work your way up gradually.
- Focus here until it is easy. Focus here until it is easy. (Gesturing to the left a bit more) Focus here until it is easy. (Gesturing to the left a bit more) Focus here until it is easy. (Gesturing to the left a bit more)Then you find yourself right there where you want to be. (Gesturing to the left)
- Something you are not close to feels much bigger. Like winning the lottery. It gets your juices flowing. Going step by step makes that big thing feel ho-hum when it gets here, like the next logical step. It just doesn’t feel like a miracle if your energy is aligned.
- Keep closing the gap by taking the emotional journey. Talk down the parts that hurt you by focusing on the positive aspects of whatever you can find. Focus on something, anything, that feels good.
- When you are discouraged, although you don’t want to speak it because you have taught yourself not to speak about negative emotion, you want to identify it as your starting point in the emotional journey. You can at that point identify hopeful as your goal. As you start where you REALLY are, you will feel the relief of the next step better.
- Almost nobody knows what they really feel. We don’t care what word label you give it, but you need to be able to identify the feeling somehow so you can feel when it changes.
- Guest: “I feel good in the morning, I am hopeful. But then it feels like this is all taking so long. I have $1 million dollars, but I still feel poor. I’m always doing something, I like to be busy, I’m not sure when I am happy or sad. Being rich is the same feeling as being poor.”
- Abraham: this is not working, because you have misapplied your vibrational start point as hopeful, when you are really discouraged. Play with us for a minute. Start lower in hopeless.” Guest: But I am not hopeless! Abraham: Good – you know that you are not there. In fact, we can’t get you to jump very far in either direction! That’s Law of Attraction in action.
- So many teachers encourage meditation because it helps you get in touch with how you actually feel.
- Here’s the emotional journey from discouragement: It’s not easy to understand the way the world works. There are so many different lifestyles available. I’ve done my best to make a mark, but it seems like there are other factors involved. It seemed to me that focusing on money and purpose was the answer. I believed if I could find that solid platform, it would take care of everything. I got good at it, and achieved a lot. But the same elements are still present everywhere. The answers – success and dollars – were not the answers to everything.
- Abraham: This is an aside here: It doesn’t matter where you are – there is always a potential for finding relief. But you must find your own sense of relief, others cannot do it for you.
- Jerry and Esther have lots of money, but they sometimes find a shortage of time. And when they beat the drum of that and it gets worse. It’s a vibrational thing, a mind set. Esther says it is the list of things she can’t get done that causes her distress. So they begin to feel good about the things they are doing, finding ease within the task itself and beating that drum. They talk about what a wonderful life they have continually to each other, pointing out all the things they enjoy so much.
- The other day, Jerry & Esther were still in their bathrobes at 4 PM, because they had been working on their projects all day. And they ask each other often, “Can you think of anything you’d rather be doing?” And the answer is NO! They feel passion, laughter and joy. And in recognizing that there was nothing else she’d rather be doing, Esther felt ease wash over her.
- Ask yourself, “What feels good now? What feels good now? What feels good now?” And when you do what feels good now, the pressure of life will be lifted. Amazing resources and helpers turn to offer assistance with no effort as they do on for Jerry & Esther. (Jerry later told the story of Louise Hay, Neale Donald Walsh, Alan Cohen, Wayne Dyer and Christine Northrop all calling them to offer assistance in taking the message out wider.)
- Ease will begin flowing as you focus on doing what feels good. Concentrate for 17 seconds on the feeling of relief. And then when you do feel a bit better, milk it for all it is worth! Remember, the RELIEF is the reward!
- Feel your way there rather than think your way there. Beat the drum of greater and greater ease. Hopefulness comes, one step at a time.
- While you like to see others happy, it is most important that you be happy anyway, even if they are not. Coax yourself into it, one thought at a time. Keep asking, “How do I feel, how do I feel, how do I feel?”
- Guest: I’m feeling great freedom in my life, focusing on joy, nature, my beautiful children. I am allowing what I want to be to be! But every now and then I observe my husband…” Abraham: When you are vibrating pretty good, and then you interact with a not feeling good person, there is a vibrational variance there. You want to close the gap quickly, but you really can’t hear each other because you are speaking on different frequencies. The first key of being of benefit to another is accepting where they are without judgment.
- You would easily feel better if they could join you feeling up, but they can’t do it. And you don’t want to go down to where they are. It will help you maintain your vibration as you recognize that where they are is OK! Fear or despair is wonderful guidance. We want your self judgment to go away. You find yourself unwilling or unable to feel because you have been judged and condemned for your feelings in the past as inappropriate.
- Negative emotion is not inappropriate, IT’S GUIDANCE!
- You don’t have any choice about allowing your husband to be where he is – you cannot change him! Therefore, remember that not judging him is good for you!
- There is discomfort in discord, ease in alignment. Keep reaching for relief.
- When things are not aligned yet, you don’t feel ready to go forward. But you make too much of making sure it is perfect first. Just jump in. Make a decision and line up with that decision. Recognize that you will learn as you go. Let it unfold. Enjoy what it is along the way.
- Worthy lines right up there with appreciation, freedom, empowerment and alignment. Unworthy falls with bondage, disempowerment and misalignment. You don’t feel unworthy, you just don’t feel ready. Unworthy is consistently disallowing the energy to flow, a lack of connection. You are connected, this is not your issue!
- Keep reaching for a better feeling thought. Decide what you are going to do and take a first stab at it. The contrast will cause clarification to come forth. If you have such stringent requirements in order to begin, you will never begin!
- You want to reach the place where you are no longer condemning yourself on any subject. Where you are is just fine. Where you want to be is just fine. This is your play ground. It’s all about how you manage to bridge from one feeling to another. You want to see the path from where you are to where you want to go. You love molding and shaping and making your creations.
- The negative feeling is as important as the positive, it is all part of the honing process.
- Phoenix, Yuma and San Diego are all good places, every destination is appropriate. You just need to be aware of where you are and the direction you are going. Appreciating where you are is the key to going where you want to be.
- So you say, “Here I am sick.” You can be depressed, or hopeful, or happy and sick. Choose happy and sick! (for now…)
- Enjoy both the emotional journey and your action responses. Take delight in the molding of the clay.
- A photograph is both the absence and the presence of light. The contrast helps you see the picture clearly.
- No longer condemn yourself. Utilize your negative emotion to choose, focus and direct. Acknowledge the guidance, and then turn your undivided attention to what it shows you that you do want instead.
- The contrasting experience shapes your definition of where you want to focus. Negative experiences are data that help you refocus. It’s all about honing the energy, defining, deciding and choosing.
- Think and feel, think and feel, think and feel with the determination to feel good.
- Some people look forward to thoughts that don’t feel good. They enjoy the drama, it stirs things up. That’s fine, too!
- Let your desire proceed you and then just do your best to come up to speed with it. You can be calm, steady and making one delicious decision after another.
- It is more exciting to want beyond your ability to believe. You have to strike a personal balance. Stretch to a goal that interests you, but not so far you feel discouraged.
- There are some swinging patterns – bored to overwhelmed, bored to overwhelmed, bored to overwhelmed, or wasting money to needing money, or stay up all night and sleep all day – that are not the healthiest patterns. They are fine, but we encourage energy balance. Letting in and out easily.
- The essence of creating is NOT closing the gap from not having to having. Rather, it is closing the emotional gap from not feeling good to feeling good. Feeling confident, worthy, having sense of wellbeing, seeing surprises turn up. Many wonderful things show up that you didn’t even consciously turn towards.
- Most people still have their eye more on action and the manifestation of results. Once you get into alignment first, life changes. Advanced creation is not so much about manifestation. It’s about tweaking the energy into alignment and focusing on the feeling in the moment. Coming into vibrational alignment needs to be the FIRST thing you work on.
- Negative feelings are natural in sifting through contrast. Just keep making decisions and adjusting the vibration to feel better and better. Have fun with all of it! Don’t make a big hairy deal of deliberate creation. You can just call it looking for the best in things!
- Guest: I feel great energies, Masters, Angels. I feel I need to be doing something with that energy. I feel that love, it is so beautiful. I want to share that love and that beauty with the world that needs it so desperately! Abraham: When you say love is needed, we want to say that love is offered abundantly to everyone, everywhere in every moment. You are seeing pockets where there appears to be an absence of love. But that is just because people aren’t in a vibrational place to receive it. You are interested in becoming a conduit that beams it in a stronger way. But you need to remember that they already had access to it. If they couldn’t get it before, you probably can’t give it to them either.
- You are a teacher of love, but if you focus on it not being there, you lose your connection. Tune into the frequency and teach by the power of your example. People want what you now know, but if they don’t have access to you, no good comes from that. Remember that there are teachers on every level. There are teachers closer to where they are who can move them up the next step to the teachers there, and again and again. Law of Attraction takes care of it all!
- You cannot be all things to all people. Your single job is to maintain your own alignment to Source energy. And then the Universe lines it all up for you. It is not torturous for either of you then.
- You folks all love triumphs over disaster, but Quantum Leaps are not normal, and they are usually not valid.
- Teach alignment.
- You all hate being around someone in a good mood when you are not. There is too much vibrational variance. Pain about what you want for all humanity disconnects you from Source.
- You have to be so selfish that you can consistently maintain your connection. Then the ones you can help find you and you are all happy!
- If you can be just as happy helping a happy one be happier rather than changing a disaster into a happy one, then you have got it. It’s not a matter of bringing people from the darkness into the light. It’s making what is already light lighter.
- We know you want everyone to be in the light. But you have to understand vibrational differences. Once you are solid in your vibration of wellbeing, you won’t see struggle as before. You see it as temporary. You see the value of the contrasting experience for them. You see it from a broader perspective.
- All of you knew the advantage of the contrast from your Source perspective before you came. Source energy feels exhilaration about expansion. You have to get into the vibration of that space before you can spread the vibration of that space.
- Guest: Can a person be aligned with love and kill animals for food? Abraham: Your abhorrence about death seems to be at the heart of your struggle. Animals have no resistance to death. Killing to eat is part of the survival of this planet and part of a wonderful plan. Most animals would be out of existence if their food supply went away.
- You are free to not kill anything, and you do not. So you are in harmony with yourself. Your struggle is with what others do, including the beasts.
- We were here in the beginning of it all being set up. Evolution is the re-infusion of Spirit into time/space reality. Things are constantly changing form. You are trying to do away with that.
- Every consciousness is asking, and being answered. If the consciousness of the beasts were requesting something different, something different would take place!
- The animals, they are content. They are in harmony with being dinner. It’s not worrying them.
- The majority of the animals are here to be food. They would not be here at all if they were not food. Are you saying it would be better for them not to be here at all than to be eaten?
- Everything comes forth in response to the asking. The animals make a loving contribution. It is only your issue – not the issue of the animals.
- Do you accept that there is a Source of wellbeing at the heart of all coming forth? Why can you not accept that wellbeing is all around? What you see is all the creation of a very wise, loving Source. Do not look for badness here. Find vibrational alignment with Source and you will see the wellbeing. All is projected as a recipe for continuing evolution and expansion. There is continual fine tuning going on. It’s ALL based in love.
- There is not a cow, rabbit or chicken who doesn’t understand coming forth that they will die. They are not fretting. They embrace life and if they didn’t they would not come forth. The bird is relaxing into nonphysical when you are projecting that it is struggling.
- The bird knows it is consciousness, it doesn’t see itself as a bird.
- It is their agreement that the cat eats the bird. Esther has learned not to suffer over something that is not her business. She’s decided not to suffer over her own death or anyone else’s. It is inevitable. You cannot change it!
- You say, “If this is the Science of Deliberate Creation, I want to change it!” But it will not come into your experience. BUT, you can feel unconditional love, if YOU make love more important than the condition.
- There are all kinds of things you don’t want on this planet. You would feel better if they would change. But if your happiness depends on the change, you are in deep trouble. You need to get on with creating a joyful life experience for yourself. You are squandering your life worried about things that aren’t your business.
- All is much well-er than you are allowing yourself to feel.
- When you re-emerge into nonphysical, you will talk to these energies you are so worried about now. They will tell you, “Life is good, death is good, more life is good. The bird loved its day of life. They aren’t hung up on ONE body. The animal knows it is always just a temporary vessel and there are many more to come! *********part 2 to here
- All power is now. All your future is affected by what you are feeling now.
- Karma is true in the sense that the consciousness that is you started long before you got here. From your nonphysical perspective you did not project trouble for you to work out in this lifetime. It’s not about overcoming and learning something while you are here.
- What you have is a long time legacy of Pure Positive Energy. Your real creative control is now.
- We love nondiagnosable illnesses. Because they focus you on the only thing that works, which is cleaning up the energy. Just use the blanket label, RESISTANCE. All illness is resistance. You can say, “I am diagnosing myself with low levels of resistance.” Don’t beat up on yourself. Just notice your new desire.
- Jerry and Esther have been noticing the sound problem here today. They have a new eruption of desire in noticing the sound problem to have more control over their environment every where they go. But most importantly, Abraham doesn’t want Jerry & Esther to feel uncomfortable about sound problems, because that will just continue to create them. Soften the approach.
- Try this: “I don’t have what I want… but where I am is a temporary place. I don’t have what I want… but I know I will figure it out.” You can acknowledge that you have resistance now, but not beat yourself up about it. You can take responsibility for it without judging it as wrong.
- Just make another attempt. Keep working to bring yourself into alignment. You have to keep trying and reaching for alignment. Otherwise it still says the same.
- Physicians usually cause greater imbalance before balance happens. The more people you get involved with, the more chaotic it gets. Send them all away! Tweak yourself into alignment.
- Just think, “Ahhh, that thought could feel better, that thought could feel better, that thought could feel better.”
- All illnesses are about wanting something and thinking in opposition to it. It’s not some horrible karmic demon. This is fine tuning, that’s all.
- Instead of saying, “I don’t know what to do, I get no remedies by going to all these people,” say, “I’m not feeling well right now, but now I know I have a choice right here.” As your emotions feel better, your body will follow.
- As your thoughts focus on wanting peace in the world, but your attention is on the war in Iraq, you have a disruption in your energy field that can cause illness. Your contradictory thoughts probably don’t relate to health at all.
- It’s like young people who live at home. The parents want control, the children deceive them to have freedom. The energy is summoned by not allowed, it creates low level tension and then frustration and anger. The emotion becomes sensation and eventually becomes symptom which eventually becomes diagnosable illness.
- A lot of objective citizens feel stressed as they observe what is. You must tune your thoughts to focus on wellbeing instead. Because otherwise your resistance will create illness within you.
- Turn it into the emotional journey of moving from discouragement and worry to hope and belief. Turn away from the arena of your body and medicine entirely for now. Make it exclusively an emotional journey.
- Esther was interested in the political debates. Jerry had to stop watching it because it stirred him up. He could tell it was not good for him to watch it. He doesn’t want to subject himself to something that makes him feel that way.
- You can tell every time you feel negative emotion. What you are looking at in that moment IS your resistance.
- You can direct your thought regardless of the conditions. When you are in alignment your cells function perfectly. Worry about anything disallows flow.
- Health is not most people’s primary worry. Most people worry first about things, money or relationships, and that worry then effects their health. Those worry thoughts feel normal, so they endure levels of resistance that are eroding their sense of wellbeing.
- You don’t have to undo the static. When you shift, the static is no longer there.
- The disease is just giving you one more thing to worry about. It is harder to ignore once the manifestation is there, but the process is the same. What you feel is what is manifesting around you.
- Esther understands that, in the manifestation of sound problems. She didn’t clear up her vibration, and here they are again. But it is real hard to do with a room full of people. It is easier for her to do when she is alone. But it doesn’t matter where you are now. It’s just essential to know the difference between the action journey and the emotional journey and choose the emotional journey.
- Quit talking about worsening diseases! Only talk about your body when you are focused on hopeful ideas.
- Decide that hopeful is more desirable than pessimism and look to see if you are preferring to be right rather than to feel good. Offering blame feels better than guilt, but feeling appreciation is a lot better than blaming. See if you might have a motive to be right that no longer serves you and let go of the competition. There is no competition with each other for stuff. There is enough goodness to go around.
- You are trying to ask Abraham, “what do you see?” But we aren’t there every day. And your day to day life experience is already giving you all the information you need to guide your life.
- You are a teacher to the core of your being. You were born with fast energy. YOU have to tend your energy better so you feel better. When you are out of synch, you feel huge discord. The energy is moving faster than ever before. The crevasse between haves and have nots is wider, between the sick and the well, too. Your resistance has not increased, but your resistance is causing more trouble than it did when the energy was slower.
- You knew when you came here that these were fast energy times. You wanted that! You must get up to speed with the energy yourself.
- Value always comes from all contrasting experiences. There is no assertion or exclusion in the Universe. Everything is governed by Law of attraction. Asking is encouraged by the contrast.
- Take it one little step at a time. Want a little and get up to speed with it. Want a little and get up to speed with it again. Want a little and get up to speed with it again. It’s better this way than wanting a lot and trying to align with it from a far distance.

- The manifestation of a new business is 99% complete with the first setting of goals and creation of a vision. There is great power in pure, nonresistant thoughts of a grand business. It is the future creation, taking shape in thought, before ever attracting the employees and the customers. But what happens is, instead of fixating on the dream, people focus on reality and try to fix problems they identify. If they could resist the temptation and not observe reality so closely, and stay focused on the dream, things would flow easily.
- You never get it done. Reality is never perfect on the first try. As things come up, you have to reintegrate it – filling in the gaps in your original dreaming. Never stop dreaming, and never face reality!!!
- Don’t integrate the offerings of others into your energy stream. Instead, lie in bed and remember what dreaming felt like at the beginning. Maintain the persona of a dreamy person, continuing to enjoy the evolution of a dream coming true.
- Competition feels like what softball is all about, pushing against the other team, kicking butt. But in essence, it is about playing the game, applying your wonderful skill. Think to yourself, “if you are going to hit this ball, you are going to have to be the best batter who ever was!”
- If no one ever hit the ball, there would not be a game! Line up with wonderful skill, but do not beat up on yourself when someone gets a hit. The odds are good that not many will hit your pitches. It is ok if a few get hit, but the majority will be very hard to hit.
- Why do you care so much what others think of you? Pitchers are in the spotlight, and a lot depends on you. And the coach is trying to motivate you through fear rather than inspire you with a vision of what could be. Motivation is doing something because of negative consequences. Inspiration is keeping an eye on what you are wanting and allowing the Universe to line it up for you.
- So you have to hold your vibration and not let your coach get to you. She doesn’t know where the magic comes from. She has good intuition, skill and game awareness, there is much you can learn from her. But YOU will have to set your own tone by paying attention to your feelings. You may have to pretend when she is talking that you are listening to her. If she says something fear based, say to yourself, “Poor coach, you know not what you do in this arena.
- Statements made by others that are demoralizing create a cross current in your energy. Instead of listening to that, say, “I know how to tap into my power and get into the zone.” Remember times you really felt sure and confident. You must not let them convince you to disapprove of you.
- You cannot guilt someone into alignment or harass someone into focus. But a crisis may help you focus, and it is focus that makes you shine!
- Imagine being on the mound, throwing a good game, and feeling great! Imagine being on the mound, and throwing wonderful pitches and having great batters connect with the balls and they win. You threw a good game. You have a choice. You can feel awful because you lost the game or still feel good because you threw a good game. Choose to feel good!
- Emotional journeys are a mind game. Pitching is a mind game. If you learn to take the emotional journey, you will be able to stand unflinchingly amid turmoil and keep your focus anyway.
- If your day dreams feel good until you look at reality, don’t look at reality. You look at it only because it is there. That is not a good reason. Be really picky about what part of reality you focus on.
- Pick the best parts to talk about. Because what you talk about you are throwing into your tomorrow. Selectively sift the most exquisite moments and throw them into tomorrow.
- If you focus on everything and fling that into tomorrow, nothing ever seems to change. But it is changing, just into the same thing over and over.
- Be as specific as you can be and still feel good. The general is usually less resistant, the feeling or the essence is generally less resistant. It is fun to get specific, there is a rush there. So if you can feel good and be specific, go for it!
- Your future is full of the things you want. Look for reasons to feel good, and it all flows into your life. Cultivate optimism and expectancy. Say things like, “All the good stuff I want comes to me!”
- It’s rare to meet anyone who is able to ask and allow at the same time. Most people get caught up in the asking and forget to allow. Just trust that you will receive more connection to your spiritual guidance, listen for it and you will see – a song pops into your head, a thought pops in. Someone appearing to you in a vision is a strong message. Just notice moments when you feel comforted, and more will come.
- Animals who are close to humans pick up on their vibrations. Everyone around you is mirroring your vibrations.
- We want you to get to a place where your feelings are not so hurtable. Learn to stabilize yourself. When you are reactive to conditions, you turn little things into big problems. Learn to say, “I can stay connected to Source and feel good, no matter what!”
- Love what is and don’t worry about what might be. Don’t let wellbeing hinge on anyone else’s life. Don’t beat yourself up about where you are. The path to improvement is away from worry. Don’t let your feelings be up for grabs. And now you regain your freedom!
- Guest: How much grief should I put up with before I walk away from a bad relationship? Abraham: None! But the question is really, should I take action, or should I adjust my vibration first. You think it is about an action journey, to stay or to go. But there are many other choices. Stay and feel good. Stay and feel bad. Go and feel good. Go and feel bad. So far you have gone and are feeling bad about it. It’s not about the action at all. Whichever decision you make, you have to line up with it.
- Offer words about leaving the relationship that feel better to you. “I tried a lot of things. I want different things now than she does. Other people around me are better vibrational matches.
