Connee’s Notes on Abraham, Silver Spring, MD, 10/14/06
1. Are you appreciating how the variety of your life helps you decide? You are a creator who is eager about the variety that helps you choose. Most of you are accustomed to conditional living. You have options regarding all that you see, like choices on a buffet. But you have learned to say things like, “I don’t want that! I don’t like that! That doesn’t look right? Who would eat THAT? I don’t want that! I don’t want that! I don’t want that! I don’t want that!”
2. Finally the buffet worker says gently, “It might go better for you if you just tell me what it is you DO want!” Become a “I do want that!” oriented person.
3. It’s all part of the sifting experience. Just turn and talk about what you do want. Then Law of Attraction factors what you do want into your experience and queues you up with what’s dominant in your vibration.
4. If you are fair and objective, weighing the pros and cons of everything, you cancel what you do want by continually activating what you don’t want.
5. Turn your attention to more money. Capture the essence of the feeling of prosperity. Cultivate good feeling thoughts about money. And then prosperity shows up at every turn! Talk about why you want it, how good it feels to have it. That makes more money active in your vibration.
6. Understand you are Source Energy in physical bodies, coming forth with powerful intent. You are Pure Positive Energy. When you express as you here in physical focus, and ask for more, the larger, nonphysical part of you evolved into your desire and never looks back. That’s the point of physical experience. So cultivate the knowing that you are actually nonphysical, God in a physical body. From your personal experience you give birth to rockets of desire. Not only when you ask, it is always given, but nonphysical *becomes* the vibrational essence of what you have asked. Life causes the nonphysical you to expand. Do you, in the leading edge, expand with you in nonphysical?
7. We want you to know how to come into alignment with the two points of relativity, where you are, and where you want to go.
8. You look at other people’s maps all the time. Just listen to your own guidance and you will line up quicker.
9. Are you keeping up with yourself? Not even close, in the case of most people. If you don’t allow yourself to become who your Inner Being has become, you feel the discord. That is your signal that your thoughts are not keeping up with your stream. Let go of the oars and go with the current! How long can you fight the current? Why would you want to? Just let go!
10. We want to burst your bubble – THERE IS NOTHING UPSTREAM THAT YOU WANT. Everything you want is downstream.
11. We are the Source and we know when your life experience has caused you to become more. The living of your life makes your stream move faster as you get older. That is an eternal current. You will feel the deliciousness of experience when you go with the flow.
12. Jerry & Esther were clear on their rapid white water river trip that there was NO way they could have success paddling upstream. The stream of wellbeing is so powerful. When you flow with it, it is great. But when you don’t, it beats you up pretty good.
13. That’s why you conclude it’s an evil river! But it is only because *you* are beating the drum of what you don’t want. If it doesn’t feel good, notice and say, “I am resisting the stream.” Allowing feels wonderful!
14. The best question we’ve ever heard is “why are grownups so grumpy?” Generally, the longer you live, the more resistance you have, you are used to moving against the flow.
15. You come here looking for expansion, and you have to go to that which you have already become. Once you understand that, you realize it is not about what ANYONE else wants you to do.
16. When you are rude, you separate yourself from who you really are and it feels bad. Recently, a happy Jerry & Esther were driving in the monster bus, and stopped at a light, joyfully listening to some new music. Esther was very close to a small child in a car seat, close enough to touch had the windows been open. She saw how beautiful the child was, and smile. The child looked stunned for a moment, and then stuck her tongue out at Esther! At that pre-verbal age, this child had already picked up on someone’s mood. She could not return a heartfelt smile from Esther.
17. The child is just a product of her environment. She’d been made to feel powerless, strapped tightly in a car seat. Even children in the womb are vibrational beings. Everyone is Source energy, and the two parts are playing off one another. Those two parts are everything!
18. The call of Source is from the you who decided to come here and be you here, the expanded/God version of you. You want to use everything in your power to align with that expanded version of you!
19. No matter where you are on the emotional scale, you are experiencing the relationship between who you really are and where you are now focused. Yes, we agree, you should follow your bliss and answer the call of Source. But when you are in despair, you cannot get a whiff of bliss. You feel wrong when you don’t feel good, so you try to rush and work hard at feeling good. That mindset defies Law of Attraction. The river is flowing. You don’t need to add a motor to the boat and rush downstream! Just stop beating the drum of despair and the river will turn you right into rage and revenge! You don’t have access to quantum leaps into bliss, at least not until you croak and re-emerge into Pure Positive Energy. But you can take the emotional journey step by step into bliss from anywhere.
20. The river never stops flowing. Just stop railing against things that are wrong and you will feel relief. You will feel the difference. Just relax and continue to be aware. Release the negative thought again and again and again.
21. If you meditate, you’ll turn. If you find a softer, better feeling thought, it’s easier to turn.
22. You wanted a ride on this river! You think you just want instant manifestations. But really, you just wanted to relax into the fun of riding the river. You’ll have a good time, life is fun! You’ll feel good, and all that you want will come in time. Get so happy, go with the flow, AND your lover WILL come. Your lover is downstream.
23. Your desire for your lover has been crafted from all of your experiences of every other person you have ever met. It’s now in your Vibrational Escrow, tended by the nonphysical part of you.
24. It will become less and less important to you to BE right, and that the others will find out how wrong they are. That’s resistance to the current. Everything that happens to you is about YOUR position in the stream.
25. When you choose anything, Source energy sees you as worthy, smart and able to make good choices. Source gives you the responsibility to flow with *your* own choices. Other people’s choices are not up to you!
26. When you beat up or criticize someone else, the emptiness within you shows you it is separating you from Source. Try to let go of that thought, diffuse it, and feel the relief of letting go of an anti-Source thought. Say, “I’m going to go with the flow.”
27. When Esther met Jerry, something they had both intended before birth, what everyone told her about it not being right didn’t matter, because they didn’t know how she was feeling. J&E discovered there were at least 20 other avenues for them to meet in the physical. They even lived in the same apartment in Fresno, years before they met, Esther moved in after Jerry moved out!
28. Universal forces are continually leading you to where you have become, and will yield to you everything you have been asking for as you line up with yourself.
29. Faith is understanding who you and that there are only two emotions, really, one feels bad, and one good. You don’t even have to make the downstream choice, just stop making upstream choices.
30. Lately Esther will call to Jerry, he will put his pencil down and come to the front of the bus, and by then, Esther will have time to think and say, “Oh, never mind, it was an upstream thought.”
31. Most things you begin to say are knee jerk reactions. Take a breath and don’t say it right away. Then acknowledge what you have done and be proud of yourself. Say, “there are other ways to look at this! I am going to withdraw my attention from that subject right now until I feel better.” And then the wonderful current turns you and you instantly feel better. When you let yourself go with the stream, you will feel better than when you don’t.
32. Coming into alignment with you, becoming the expanded version of you, is fulfilling your life’s purpose. It’s about riding the river of life!
33. When you walked away from your computer problem, you distracted yourself and allowed a solution to come forward. Esther’s main computer is working on an old operating system, and she needs it to work for one more month before she goes home to get it upgraded. One day, the screen just went dark. When she took the battery out, it started up again. Her IT guy said, “We need to keep positive thoughts for one more month!” And Esther thought, “Oh, how I hate it when people tell me what I should be telling them!”
34. When something happens that matters, it’s normal for you to have a knee jerk reaction. Do your best to just withdraw from looking at the problem, and you’ll line up with more solutions!
35. When J&E came to the hotel and were upset about the construction that was blocking the parking, they turned upstream. Then they looked for some downstream thoughts. “These people coming tomorrow are resourceful. They will find their own way and show up easily. I don’t have to take responsibility for parking for everyone.”
36. Allow other people to be who they are. Allowing them is being smart enough not to let what they are doing keep you from your alignment. Otherwise, your looking at them splits your energy and disempowers you. You can’t make them different, and it can tear you apart. But in the moment you are looking at them, Source is becoming more because of your rocket of desire on their behalf.
37. You use carefully chosen inflammatory words, like Hitler and murder and cruelty, to make your point. When you witness things you would like to be different, Source rides that rocket and becomes it. Then you continue to use words like that, and separate yourself from your becoming what you want.
38. Animals balance energy. They come as a source of food for one another. Big animals will always eat little animals. Guest: They have to, we don’t. Abraham: Renegade, J&E’s chicken, was always running away. Esther said, “Renegade, you are going to be eaten!” Renegade said, “I’d rather be free for a minute than live a long life in bondage.”
39. A dog caught her, and she was ok with being blissfully ready to be lunch for the dog. But Jerry shot a gun into the air, and scared the dog into dropping the chicken, so she got up and ran home. She wasn’t dead, she was just getting ready to be dead.
40. You feel bad because you don’t know what the beasts’ intentions are. The thought you are thinking is hurting you way more than the experience is hurting them.
41. You need to say, “I’m going to find a way of softening my discord. “ Coming in, all of you knew that joy was going to be your choice at every step. Give up the idea of needing to control any other. Make YOUR feeling good everything.
42. When you have a rocket of desire, you are contributing to the Vibrational Escrow of mass consciousness. All are being tended to. The only question is “Will you allow yourself to benefit from the expansion before you die?” Allow yourself to benefit here and now. The beast’s Inner Being calls it back to Source if things are not good. Turn your attention away from the problem, and solutions will present themselves. Your two questions have the same answer! Whether it is the computer or the animals, the answer is the same.
43. When you have a habit or thought where you know your value, you are dynamic and aligned. Being with one who loves you matches the vibration Source has about you. But when you have had teachers, who in their disconnection criticize you, it influences you to have different thoughts and beliefs from your Inner Being and the separation widens. Grading systems and religions can cause you to conclude that you are inappropriate and you feel the discord in that. Your Inner Being is saying, “Isn’t that nice! Isn’t this fun, aren’t we having a good time?!” That is contradicted by your thinking, “The world is going to hell in a hand basket!”
44. Law of Attraction will respond to your thoughts, and give you a manifestation. You get a diagnosis of something like cancer, and feel scared about it. Your Inner Being will never be a match to that feeling of vulnerability.
45. Let your Inner Being’s feeling be dominant. Become one with those good feelings, and know Source floats you straight into wellness.
46. You cannot move without observing. You activate what you observe as your point of attraction. You can have cancer and have an emotional response that is different than most people’s, like feeling joyful or hopeful anyway. You do have a choice about being afraid. In every moment, you have downstream and upstream choices.
47. Let the way you feel be the reason for your thinking. Again and again guide your thoughts to something that feels a little better. NOTICE where you guide your thoughts to something that feels a little worse! Things like, “I’m right and they’re wrong and they should know it!!!” That’s always upstream!
48. You are a Source Energy Being. God within is always unconditionally loving. That means staying in love and alignment no matter what the conditions.
49. The baby sticking her tongue out at Esther clearly had two streams with a gap. Meditation closes your gap. Putting your brain on pause brings you into alignment. Look for things to appreciate. Once you feel better, it’s easier to find thoughts that feel good on any subject.
50. Once you come out of meditation, you also notice thoughts that don’t feel good more. When you are complaining about what you are observing, you are going upstream, and it makes you feel rotten. You don’t notice usually, because it is familiar, but now you are more aware, and you notice you feel bad. That’s when you say, “I am aware my energy is split here, and I’ll find some thoughts that feel better. I don’t need to spend time with him now, I don’t need to give him so much attention in my thoughts. If I knew the whole story about him, I might feel different.
51. Choosing thoughts more in alignment with what you want turns you and you start going with the flow. It is enough. It has to be enough, because it is all you can do. Opt for feeling better right here and now.
52. When you are rude, and then you apologize, the apology turns you in the stream. It is a thought that feels a bit better. How you feel matters most. Tune yourself to who you really are. On every subject, you can tune yourself to a bright beam of wellbeing and LOA will bring you wonderful matches. Anything less than that is a result of your scattered and sloppy thought.
53. Don’t be doggedly aware of what you are thinking. Be viscerally aware of how you feel. When you think active thoughts that are in alignment, you are the true uplifter you came here to be.
54. Where you are is where you are. Jerry & Esther had their drive shaft lever disconnected on their tow car, so it wasn’t engaging and re-engaging when they needed to hook it on the monster bus. They were driving and Jerry starts talking about how in 3 hours they should park over a drainage ditch. Esther had been blissful, but now she was focusing on an uncomfortable procedure. She said to Jerry, “You know, we probably can’t do anything now, but for these three hours, we could think thoughts that feel good.” And in doing that, the probability of what would happen was adjusted to greater wellbeing.
55. If you avoid facing reality and think thoughts that are different from what is probable, the probability changes. But as they told that story about how it was difficult to get it fixed, they were propelling that reality into the future. When you do that, pretty soon, you say, “That’s just how it is!” But other people ARE living differently. You have to care more about how you feel than anything else.
56. Your world has really done a number on you. As you feel inferior, LOA will give you more of that. You’ve lost your belief in the Universe answering all you are asking.
57. You have to say, “If I am to be joyful, I must close my gap.” You may not find joy in this moment, but you can find something a little better.
58. When you are 1 ½, and strapped tightly into a car seat, feeling bondage, and some person in pure positive energy smile at you, you want revenge! That baby sticking out her tongue was answering the call of Source! That anger is better than powerlessness. But then she will likely come up against a parent who tells her that her anger is not acceptable, and she will believe she has not options. But if you just turn to anger one or two times, your entire point of attraction will be shifted just a bit for the better.
59. Don’t talk about what isn’t working. Say things like, “Things always work out for me. I’m picky, and if money was the only criteria, I’d already have something. But I am holding out for what I really want. The Universe knows my time factors. Counting the days isn’t giving me more ease. Things always work out for me. I get it. I know how it works. I can’t wait to see how it turns out this time!” And now you have access to the stuff your Inner Being has already gone to. Your Inner Being already has the job! And your Inner Being is saying, “Come this way, come this way…” And you are saying, “29 days, 28 days, 27…” all the while, your Inner Being is calling and calling to you.
60. Don’t be realistic! Chill out until you create something different. Alignment is not a difficult thing, but alignment does require alignment. [laughter]
61. First rendezvous with YOU! Thank goodness that the Universe has not matched you with a job you don’t want. The Universe is not bringing you a job you don’t want. It’s so much better to clean up your vibration BEFORE you take the action. Come into alignment with your dream. There are already 20, 30, 40 avenues open to you right now if you turn upstream you can’t get to any of them. You have got to develop the downstream habit!
62. Stop worrying about it not happening, and you will allow it to happen. Look for reasons to appreciate, take walks, get into the mindset of appreciation of all that is already working for you.
63. You give all your attention and focus to the one thing that isn’t working. It matters a lot; negative attention corrupts your experience. Get happy, and then the solution comes.
64. Your mothers gave you the wrong idea in responding to your tantrums. Let your children be grouchy, and don’t knock yourself out to fix things for them. What we want to hear from you is, “What thoughts can I think under these circumstances that can make me feel better?”
65. You can just ignore infrequent thoughts. But if something comes up often, you want to find a way to think of it differently.
66. Don’t go where you are going, talk downstream! When you are uneasy, turn that around. You are thinking way too much. You have to feel your way. Try something softer. “I’ll know it when I see it. The Universe is on my side. I put a false sense of timing on all this. Things always work out well for me. I feel good most of the time. I’m going step by step. “
67. If a red flag comes up, notice an upstream thought and in that moment, turn it around. You’ll know what to do. You’ll laugh! We see your vibrational escrow and we wonder why you worry about anything!
68. Try doing something else. Catch yourself in worry and not enoughness. Laugh them away! And in a week, things you couldn’t imagine will be present in your experience.
69. Your Inner Being is Source and Law of Attraction attracts a larger cluster that you could call a higher cluster when a question is focused. Everything is expanding. If you were Source, and you were and you are, when you come to new preferences, Source rises to the perfection of the new idea. Then you catch up to it vibrationally, and you are providing the leading edge. There is no way of separating you from Source. You can pinch it off some, and only from a pinched off place do you talk of hierarchy. You are in vibrational alignment when you know it is all One.
70. Hierarchy implies superiority. There is none of that!
71. Things like ectoplasm are real – it’s all real, in the eye of the beholder, who is interpreting a vibration. Television – it teleports pictures across time and space! Esther hasn’t figured out how to teleport her body, but that doesn’t mean others haven’t yet. There are others who can hear what you can’t yet perceive.
72. When you see bursts of light around us, that is your interpretation of our energy. You are all more integrated with the “other side” than you know. Your emotions are evidence of that. When you become more aware, you will see the physical world from your Inner Being’s perspective. It’s a beautiful world!!
73. You are more interesting to us as swirling energy. You are a co-creation between you and you! There are many more nonphysical energies than physicals here. The longer this gathering takes place, the more harmonics we begin to find. You light up. If there is no contradictory thought, it’s easy for us to find you.
74. The eternal part of you is worth lining up with. That is the part of you you most want to be seeing through your eyes. You come into alignment bit by bit, and as you do, you will have benefited from all that knowing. Say, “I am that which I am, and I will come into alignment with that which I am.”
75. We want you to ratchet back a bit, this is not hard to figure out. If you can feel the difference between a compliment and a complaint, you have got it!
76. Your feeling is the indicator of your alignment between you and your Inner Being. Your IB feels calm, confident and worthy, from your local perspective you are not always there. When you are not, you feel bad.
77. J&E played the hot/cold game with Kate – they hid a toy car and told her “warmer, colder, warmer.” Warmer is closer to what you want to find. It’s the same game with your emotions. Better or worse feeling? That’s not so hard, and that’s where ALL the power is!!!
78. Guest cries. Abraham: That was worse. Worse, worse, worse. They don’t call this the hot seat for nothing! We’re relentless. All the power is here and now. When you are really, really trying hard to understand, you are going upstream.
79. As some authority figure says, “You’re not believing you are wanted,” your Inner Being wasn’t agreeing. That’s what the wrench in your gut says. If you felt bad when you heard it, your IB wasn’t agreeing with her.
80. You can tell by listening to your own guidance that the thought is screwy. No matter how knowledgeable the expert is, trust everything within you first. Nobody else knows!
81. It’s not such a big deal, it’s just a thought. You can’t not win! Sooner or later you will croak… [laughter]
82. Just soften the way you feel, please yourself with your thinking. Make an effort to turn and go with the flow. If it feels like an emergency, Law of Attraction will bring you more that feels like that.
83. You can do this. Just notice which thought feels a little better.
84. Esther got stuck in the middle of the road, blocking traffic in rush hour as she tried to turn left into the hotel. Her first thought was, “I am a bad person. The police should give me a ticket. I am inconveniencing others.” But then she softened it, “I am where I am. There is nothing I can do to move out of the way in this moment. I can sit here feeling terrible, or I can find some downstream thoughts. No one was moving much anyway. No one is honking at me. I have Texas plates, they know I am from out of town.” Ultimately she said to Jerry, “In spite of the problems we had, it was the best decision, highly illegal, but under these conditions, it was right to turn there.” Even Jerry was doing his best not to be upset, mostly laughing. They were able to see it as funny, rather than tragic.
85. If you join the chain of pain, you get tense and question your value. This is what we want you to hear. NOTHING you have lived is bigger than Esther blocking traffic. This is NOT a turning point in your LIFE, it’s just like turning in traffic. It doesn’t matter where you are. Don’t let anyone shine a spot light on you and say you should have done something differently before you got here. That doesn’t help you!
86. What you can do in this moment IS enough. It’s all you’ve got. It’s the only option, feel a little better now.
87. We told you all to pay more attention to your feelings. But to you want to say, “Don’t pay so much attention to the way you feel!” You’ve got yourself in a not. Sometimes you teachers try to psychoanalyze your lives, and want to be perfect, and it is not helpful.
88. Your sensitivity is valuable, the skin burns from your hands on the hot stove if you don’t feel it. But you don’t want to be so sensitive that you freak out!
89. The biggest thing to know is that life is eternal. The next biggest thing is that you cannot get it wrong. The stream is always flowing, you are paddling upstream, SO STOP IT!!!
90. When Esther is driving the bus, sometimes she calls to Jerry and he comes to the front, then she says, “Never mind, it’s an upstream story…” So if you were to tell this story, is it an upstream story? The only question is “What is this story going to do now to how I feel?”
91. There is no more significant “sign” than “good feels good!!!”
92. Don’t let anyone ever tell you that you are inferior in any way.
93. If you don’t talk about what you are observing, your thought vibration is still happening in response to your focus of attention. Law of Attraction is so powerful and consistent. It is in operation always, you just don’t know you are offering thought vibrations.
94. You bring up karma and other lifetimes because you cannot find the thought you are thinking that matches. You did have intentions coming in, but they were general.
95. A lady got a ticket in traffic for not wearing her seatbelt. She was listening to Abraham and feeling good at the time, so she said she didn’t see LOA in action there. But then Abraham asked her how she felt about seat belt laws. And she said, “I think it is a stupid law! I don’t like the police!” So she goes blinking down the highway, offering unconscious vibrations of defiance about not wearing the seatbelt.
96. The policeman is blinking, “looking for offenders,” and she is blinking, “I am an offender!” and LOA brings them together. She’d been lobbying against the law. At first she couldn’t see the match, but in fact, there were many.
97. If you stay focused on something for awhile, you will get a clearer reading about how it feels. It gets bigger by your focus of attention so it is easier to determine how it feels.
98. In Esther’s dream about the little bear, first she wanted to help it, then she was concerned about protecting her cat, LC, then Kate came out and said, “Don’t hit it!” So much of life moves your feeling all over the place by what you are observing in the moment.
99. Most of you become immune to emotion, you’re so used to to the way observations feel, that you don’t notice until something manifests. Learning to use your emotional guidance system gives you pre-manifestational awareness.
100. Acknowledge that if you are living it, there is something in your vibration about it. Start with the premise that you want to know your thoughts. Everything is an absolute byproduct of thought.
101. When you think, “the world does not look the way I want it to,” it effects your vision. When your vibrational essence is clear, your vision will be, too. Esther took an eye test at the DMV and couldn’t see it. But she didn’t want to wear glasses, so she asked Abraham “Can you read this?” We said yes, so she relaxed and breathed and we could, using the same eyes from a different vibration.
102. You cannot know what Mother Theresa felt in working with lepers. Awaken to YOUR own guidance. All the rest out there don’t know about you.
103. People in underdeveloped countries are often in alignment with what they have and what they want. How you feel is about your alignment with you, not what you have or what disease is present.
104. Say, “I’m getting the feeling that wonderful things are coming.” You are never flying blind. We think you try to evaluate the world through human eyes and you don’t feel good. You have to be who you really are to see clearly.
105. People like Mother Theresa and Jesus knew how to behold someone from broader perspective. Seeing them as they really are, it doesn’t cause them pain to see them. Healers do not allow themselves to see the sickness. They know wellness to much, illness cannot abide in their vibration.
106. You have to see things as you want them to be. There may be a battle between the broader perspective you and the realist you who regurgitates what is again and again. Just give your undivided attention to what you desire.
107. Mother Theresa was not unhappy in her work, because she saw those lepers through the eyes of Source.
108. Guest: I was unable to go home to put my mother to rest because of unfair immigration laws after 9/11. Abraham: You know you are good and you are free. Bondage feels awful when it feels you cannot do what you want to do, it feels like a pillow on your face. As you accurately beat the drum that you couldn’t be with your mother when she was sick, those are upstream thoughts. Just find a happier thought! It is the TRUE feeling of freedom you are looking for. As you achieve alignment, you will find the feeling of freedom more consistently, then things will change for you.
109. Guest: Now I can visit my mother’s gravesite and put her to rest… Abraham: She doesn’t WANT to rest!!! And she hasn’t ceased to live! Thoughts like that separate you from Source and wellbeing. If you could discover that freedom is really about vibrational alignment, your vibrational escrow is full of freedom and you CAN allow it.
110. You are responsible for the faster stream you are living. The free-er the bigger part of you becomes, the worse you feel and the more you blame others. You will come to understand that you can come into alignment regardless of the conditions.
111. If you are really happy, your lover has to come. Freedom comes to you if you can change your vibration. Then the system can allow you an exceptional experience. If you notice and point out all the injustices, you just can’t get there from there.
112. Your mother was ready to go. If you had been there, you would just have muddied the water. That was all part of the way it unfolded. You have to accept that your Mum is still alive and aware of you. If you are grieving or mad, you are depriving YOURSELF of your relationship, with her, and with your broader self. Your relationships can be more vital and alive AFTER they go.
113. Esther asked her father in nonphysical, “is this really you, or are you pretending to be my father?” because he was so positive. You only knew a version of your Dad. He was pushing against things and since he made his transition, he is now who he has become, not as you knew him in his resistance.
114. You created your bondage. Now you understand this, you will be free-er in your life than if anything else had happened.
115. Death activates within you a desire for wholeness. When you say, “I was deprived of laying my mother to rest!”, She says, “And that is a GOOD thing! I’m brighter and surer than I have ever been. Nothing can separate us, not the oceans, not the ethers!”
116. Things are supposed to work out for you, happy endings don’t surprise us.
117. Guest: I lost my art business and I am grieving… Abraham: We hope you never finish grieving it! You cannot not become something you ARE and feel good. Just stop saying it is lost and done. It’s in evolution! Your dreams feel good, you had this intention coming in. Facing reality doesn’t feel good, so don’t! You have to let yourself BE that!
118. You say, “I have this talent. But I don’t have time to work and do art, too.” We say, “Of course you do!” The resistance you are feeling is your unwillingness to do whatever it takes to make the dollars to get by. But you will never fulfill your true intentions for being unless you live your dream empires. We see your creation 99.9% complete. The dreaming and wanting creates it. Then when you are called to inspired action, take the action, and there it is.
119. We talked to an artist whose portfolio had been stolen, she felt like a starving artist – that they had taken EVERYTHING! She was feeling so broken, with nothing to show for all she had created, like she was totally starting over. And we said, “Not even CLOSE!” Your vibrational escrow is still here! The old stuff was about who you WERE. No one can take who you ARE away from you. If you come into alignment, the world will beat a path to your door!
120. Artist: I don’t have a dream. Abraham: You don’t have a viable plan, but you do have a dream. We standing now in the middle of it, and it’s magnificent. Now you know so much more than you did about how to get into alignment. Dream your dreams, bighter, bolder! It will never cease to be. Every time you turn away from it, it sucks the life from you.
121. Do you accept that the larger part of you is already realizing your dream in nonphysical? Do you accept that you are that in physical expansion? Do you accept that you have a magnificent Vibrational Escrow and your Inner Being is already there? If that part of you hadn’t already become that, you could turn your back on it and laugh.
122. See how it feels. When you say “My Time will come”, you turn downstream. When you say, “I missed my chance”, you turn upstream.
123. There is always enough time. There are many people who became a success later in life.
124. When you describe your dream in that way – to have a joyous form of self-expression, like I had, that includes a great social life with wonderful people – you are tying together who you are, who you were and who you will be. What was didn’t feel good. What will be feels better. That you don’t know how takes you upstream.
125. Just ask yourself questions you know the answer to, that will make you feel better. We did a lot of trail and error here, and you already have achieved feeling some better even though you were bucking your current. It’s amazing you got that far with your current bucking. And now you know so much more that it is about your vibrational offering.
126. You cannot compare what will happen now with any other time, because you have never cleaned up your vibration before. Since you were 12-17 hours a day, (and it is sucking the life out of you!) you feel you don’t have time to think any other thoughts. But you do.
127. Let your mind wander. Practice segment intending. Find some tiny opportunities to envision something else during your day.
128. What is your most pleasurable image? Artist: Painting and the following affirmation that people wanted to pay lots for our silk paintings. Abraham: In every moment you are working on those banquets instead, you are launching rockets of desire. Your dream is alive and well and calling to you.
129. When you tell a downstream story, you are closing the gap. When you say, “I miss it” you widen the gap. When you say you look forward to more, you close the gap.
130. Don’t think you can’t do something in support of your dream while you are doing the other work. See the world through Abraham’s eyes for awhile. We cannot see you not achieving what you are looking for. We see it happening. It will happen. How soon will you allow it?
131. When you look for instant manifestation, you are convinced you aren’t making progress. 99.9% is in place before you will see the evidence. You can be well along the way, but then you observe where you are, and go back. It’s only that you don’t stay pointed at where you want to be.
132. When you can say, “I had a fabulous day today! I dreamed all day about our glorious art business,” that will be a day well spent! And then you will start cheering up. You will be happy because you are moving in the direction of it. Tell yourself, ‘This time is different because I can feel my guidance. I’m moving TOWARD it!”
133. You will never again feel negative emotion and not know it. When you feel bad, it means it matters. Don’t take action right now. All of a sudden, inspiration will take you!
134. Where ever you are, when you just float, Law of Attraction will float you to what you want. Just be happy because you are happy. You can’t get there by trying too hard. Just go with the flow that is you.
135. Reqcquaint yourself as much as possible with the scent and feel of your dream. Something will break loose quickly. And you will say, “I thought it would be harder!”
136. The hard way is the action journey. In the emotional journey, attitude and mood is everything. The way you feel is everything. You have more control there, you can soften your thoughts while you work at other things for now.
137. Guest: I want to be like Jesus and heal my son… Abraham: You have to be fixated on the flow to heal. But you introduce your son as broken, which is doing the opposite. Jesus didn’t see what was broken. You must learn to give your undivided attention to what you want.
138. You want him to get honest, so what is activated in your vibration is that he is not. You can’t perceive them as dishonest and help them toward honesty. Soften your perspective. Everyone is dishonest in some degree, and has good motives for their dishonesty.
139. You are saying to him, “Be honest” at the same time you are really telling him, “Please don’t tell me you’re doing what I think you are doing!” You are saying, “My happiness depends on you – don’t let me down!”
140. Your Vibrational Escrow is full of good things, and your Inner Being is there. But when you see him in opposition to what you want, it makes you feel bad. That’s your guidance telling you that you are thinking something your Inner Being isn’t thinking.
141. Many a child cannot be free apart from deception because their parent insists on facing reality.
142. The child is saying, “Don’t ask me to see the world through your warped, disconnected eyes.”
143. Eyewitnesses all see things differently. You know only if you are seeing your son the same or different from your Inner Being. Your loving eyes are the same. Criticizing or worrying is different. When you see him great, you will be inspiring and uplifting.
144. Here’s how you deal with disappointment. When someone lies, and everyone does, ask yourself, “what is it he really wants?” He wants to feel better. That is always the motive for everything – he wants to feel better.
145. Jerry likes to hook up the monster bus and tow bar in tricky places to see how ingenious he can be. Esther likes to do it in a clear, easy place and wonders how they can manage what he has done. He sees it as fun to figure it out and see that they can do it. Esther found herself hoping it didn’t work, because in that moment she would rather be right than happy, rather be right than have life go well.
146. You have a distorted, false sense of competition with each other. There are lots of possible paths. She’s right if you are only looking for easy. Jerry’s way is fun and quick and in fact, usually right.
147. Your Inner Being is always saying to you, “You are good and worthy!” Esther is right that she is right, but that doesn’t mean Jerry is wrong. It’s all great creative fun and every day there is a new adventure.
148. There will always be more to dive into, enjoy and evaluate. Asking him to be different makes you powerless.
149. Loving unconditionally says, “I will move you around in my mind until it feels good!”
150. His Inner Being is saying to him, “Please listen to your own guidance.”
151. Your son tells you whatever you need to hear, and then you say, “Don’t lie to me!” Your son would say to you, “Then don’t ask me what is none of your business!”
152. What you want to do is guide him toward the knowing that he is Source energy in a physical body. Show him the example of downstream thoughts.
153. When you take the place of your children’s guidance and tell them what to do, they lose sight of their internal knowing and look outside themselves.
154. Be a shining example. Say, “When you don’t feel good, I don’t feel good. So I am going off to realign myself.” You cannot blame someone into realignment. You love them into alignement. You appreciate them into alignment. You hope them into alignment.
155. If you love him unconditionally, he will be more real, he will trust that you love him. No one in alignment does bad things. When you are in alignment, you are thriving and vital.
156. We’ve been speaking to you from the perspective of your broader self. You have felt the leading edge here today, now amplify it. The next logical step for you is dreams coming true, art businesses, relationships, health.
157. What is is what is. As you focus on what is, you push it into your future. Don’t push against it. Make an effort to find positive aspects in where you are. That changes your future experience for the better.
158. Not being able to quantify your journey is a problem. Just call here temporary. It ALL is!
159. Begin to accept there is a moving stream. All you have asked for is downstream. You are floating there automatically as you turn in the direction of feeling better. Turn only because it makes you feel better. We promise that you will get what you want. What you want is never upstream.
160. The fact that it feels better means you are moving. That is ENOUGH!
161. You must make peace with what your are. Until you do, you cannot float downstream. As long as you are beating up on yourself even a little about where you are, that’s upstream.
162. When J&E were on the raging river, they noticed that even if they tried to paddle upstream, the river was still moving them backwards, downstream! Even when you are paddling upstream, you are still moving in the direction of what you do want.
163. When you die, you will know the value of what you have lived. You can close the gap now, one better feeling thought at a time.
164. Always look for thoughts that feel better. You will feel better, things will get easier and stuff will come to you. You will feel like a different person.
165. Say, “I have come to understand. I am more than this body. I can feel how Source loves me. I am a Source of expansion of what man calls God!”
166. Offer praise, not blame. Appreciate rather than criticize. Love them, don’t doubt them. Look for the benefit in all you do. Make it your dominant intent to look for what you are wanting to see.
167. You will feel good. You will be richer, healthier and remember that life is good!
168. We would not expand as we are if not for you. We will never stop calling you forward. You are perfect beings in a state of eternal evolution. There is great love here for you.
