Connee's Notes on the Abraham Workshop

1.    You can control the contrast with which you entwine.

2.    You think you want control over things.  You just need control over feelings.

3.    From your broader perspective, you don’t want to limit possibilities.

4.    You can control your attention which controls your vibration.  Then Law of Attraction matches your vibration.

5.    I vibrate because of that which I give my attention to.  I can more selectively choose my focus and more specifically vibrate.  This gives me more creative control.

6.    It is so much simpler to control your vibration than to control the world!

7.    This is a Freedom Based Universe.  This is a Joy Based Universe.  Wellbeing flows abundantly.  You are already deserving/worthy of it.  Wellbeing dominates.

8.    When we choose to witness unwanted things, sometimes we focus on the very small percentage of not wellbeing.  Nothing can jump into your experience without your attention to it. 

9.    Everything is coming in response to your mood.  What you are living is a perfect indicator of your attitude.

10.As I think and feel, I activate vibration and Law of Attraction (LOA) matches it.

11.The good news is that I can always conclude a new preference.

12.Ask and it is given.

13.What I am looking at and the way I feel is often about what is already in my life.  Therefore, what is dominates my vibration.

14.It takes a new thought to create something other than what is your dominant vibration.

15.You don’t have to think about what is not going well, think about something else.  Thinking about what is, being the dominant thought, is easier.  Your work is to think about something else.

16.You have endless thought potential.  It is possible to have access to every thought that has ever been thought, but you only get those you are a match to in the moment.

17.To change things requires a change of attention, a new dominant thought.

18.Sometimes new things in your life reactivate old vibrations you haven’t thought about in a long time because you are again a match to them.  Use your guidance system, to find the pool of good feeling thoughts.

19.If you give into someone else and feel something in reaction to them, you give up your power.

20.Nobody needs to change at all in order for you to feel good.  You can go through life unafraid.  You don’t need to control others.  You can be happy by letting everyone else off the hook.  Give up your self-assigned role of controlling the Universe

21.  You could be aware of terrible happenings, feeling terrible, realize it brings you bad stuff, think, “I don’t think I’m going to go there…  Whew, only 14 seconds!!!”

22.Take delight in every experience that brings you a new preference.

23.Proudly proclaim yourself “deliberate creator of your own experience.”

24.You gain creative control as you choose how you want to feel.

25.You are creative director of your own Movie Project.  People will be viewing it.  Decide how you want them to feel.  Choose the scene – dark and scary, light and bright and happy.  Adjust the light to create the mood.  Bring in characters with definite personalities.  Create interplays and exchanges.

26.Virtual Reality Process:  Set scenes of your own for just 30 seconds.  Ask the following questions:  Where am I? What time of day is it?  Where is the light coming from?  How does it smell, sound?  Who else is there with you?  How do you feel?  If you feel good,  THEN GET OUT!

27.Conjure images to create the vibration is how you set a new dominant vibration.

28.It’s worth a little bit of effort.  You have creative control, you just haven’t been exercising it.  Stabilize your own dominant thoughts and no longer allow others to determine how you feel. 

29.Esther watches when the music is happy, turns it off when it is not.

30.You will never get it done, never stop wanting to adjust or amend.

31.Virtual reality isn’t about taking what is broken and fixing it.

32.You would not create a scenario of a leaky roof on your dream house and bring in a repairman to fix it.  You would make a sound roof in the first place.

33.Don’t bring real life into your scenario.  Only do it as an exercise to create some new, good feeling, thought to dominate in this moment.

34.Worry is taking practicing thoughts that don’t feel good into your virtual reality.

35.Q:  If there is something happening in my body, should I take it into virtual reality?  Abe:  probably not.  Go there to get feeling good.  Look only at things there that feel good.

36.Keep it to 30 seconds, have a brief happy experience and get out.  You are just looking to bring something positive into your vibration, and LOA will bring you more like it. 

37.When you are doing this regularly, non-matching vibrations will stick out like a sore thumb!!!

38.Practice as much as you have time fore, holding yourself in a vibration that feels good.  This is the vibration of allowing.

39.When you are happy, you are allowing.

40.Every moment of time in nonphysical is focused on joyful fulfillment.  Struggle and success are not vibrationally compatible.

41.You anticipated glorious moment by moment experience from nonphysical perspective.  The objective of life is joy.  Growth and freedom are a given.

42.You never said you would endure.

43.You expected passion and exhilaration.  That’s what virtual reality process can bring you back to.

44.Joy is joy no matter what your point of attention is.

45.Frolic as dogs do – that’s Source Energy flowing through them.  We soar as the birds – it’s one of our favorite experiences.  To focus with a physical human in alignment is the most exhilarating. We love moving with the flow – it’s better than flying with the birds or swimming with the whales.

46.There is as much potential for joy in an undeveloped country as in a developed country. 

47.From 9 months to 3 years old is the most exhilarating time for most humans.  You are open and alert to more possibilities, shutting down hasn’t occurred yet.  Your dog never stops believing in the possibility of a joyful moment.

48.You have out of body, dream experiences with other planets.  The nonphysical part of you goes to other worlds.  You have to put that experience in your physical context, so it doesn’t feel other worldly to you.

49.In those bouts of potential boredom at work, you have the ability to keep yourself stimulated.  You can mine every moment for the stuff of deliberate creation.

50.In a less structure environment, you have fewer opportunities to conclude preference. 

51.Dissatisfaction of where you are and hope for something else is a mix vibration that disallows your good.

52.I am joyful and happy to mine where I now stand, and I knew it is going to change!  I stand where I am, understanding it is good, eager to look for new opportunities here.

53.Most humans are unsatisfied where they are, and they drag that everywhere they go.

54.Focus on your desire and the manifestation occurs.  Pivoting will take you where you want to go.  Just turn your attention to feeling good.   Instead of saying “I wish I didn’t have to deal with ______,”  use virtual reality to make a different aspect dominant.  It’s an easier process than process than pivoting.  Pivoting takes a vibration with momentum and shifts it.  Virtual reality creates new dominant vibrations you can hook into later.

55.The universe is already answering, just allow, get happy and be in receiving mode.

56.Create good feeling scenarios, give people the benefit of the doubt.  That’s their world, it doesn’t have anything to do with me.  LOA arranges rendezvous, less and less often with annoying people.  It’s a soft process.

57.Pivoting has you doing positive aspects of the annoying ones.  Virtual reality deactivates them altogether by having you think of something else.  You can go back and reactivate them in a positive way later when your dominant vibration is more set.

58.You get to choose every bit of it, you get to decide where to take it.  We like people telling people, "Trust that LOA will bring it to you in perfect order.  Just keep making new decisions about what you want."

59.Feelings of regret or longing keep you from matching a situation you felt you missed out on the first time. There are no missed opportunities.  There will always be more, an endless stream of Universal offerings.  If you didn’t line up with it then, just line up with it now!  Every desire is like that, the song is always playing.  Just turn your dial to it.

60.The entire Universe is here just to surprise and delight you.  It’s like electricity.  It’s always there, but you have to plug into it to get it.

61.Someone should do something about that!  That someone is YOU!

62.Everything that happens in your experience is about the vibration you’ve set up.  When you think, that person should behave differently, when you change YOUR vibration, everything changes.  Children behave differently with different adults.  Each adult is activating something different.  You will begin to control the rendezvous points by your dominant vibration.

63.As you think, I am well and safe and happy, you will never rendezvous with those who want to punch you.

64.Meditation is a process by which you raise your vibration, replacing a negative vibe with a neutral or positive one.  Esther stands with the intent to receive Abraham and her vibration automatically raises.

65.You have trained yourself to focus.  Sitting trying to force yourself not to focus can be torturous.  If you cannot quiet your mind, it is showing you something important about your dominant thoughts.

66.Since meditation is a tool to attune to source energy, the amount of time it takes is irrelevant.  If you are using it as creative visualization, you might never want to leave that place!

67.The Virtual Reality process though, is spend 30 seconds, find a good feeling place and dart out.  It is easier to get a purer vibration in a briefer episode.

68.Flowing appreciation as you allow full flowing energy is also good in raising your vibration.

69.We are not saying that it is not good to recognize the matches between what you are thinking and what you are getting.  You just don’t want to hold yourself long in the vibration of what you didn’t want.  Just reach for the state of allowing.

70.Some people responded to the Science of Deliberate Creation with a rigid focus that got too introspective.  It caused them not to move from the focus on the problems.  The Art of Allowing is more about focusing on what you deserve, allowing wellbeing, not avoiding not allowing wellbeing. 

71.Keep asking yourself how you feel when you are doing it.  That is the only relevant question.

72.Q: You’ve said:  If you ignore a problem it will go away.  But also that if you ignore something, it will get bigger.  Abe:  If you have a vibration going on that is creating negative emotion, and you don’t acknowledge the negative emotion and make another decision, it will get bigger.

73.Ignore the problem, do not ignore your negative emotion!!!

74.What I think about and what I feel are always a vibrational match.  You must be aware of your emotions so you can reach for thoughts that feel better.  To the degree you are not feeling good, you are disallowing wellbeing.

75.Use Virtual Reality, practice a good feeling thought so you recognize what the good feeling is.  You have control over which scenario you play again and again.

76.We are not going to accept that you don’t know and can’t tell how you feel.

77.When you feel get pessimistic, the desire to feel better becomes bigger and you get on track again.  Be easy and fun so you can deliberately activate good feeling for 30 seconds.

78.Where are you?  In a restaurant.  Where?  Honolulu.  It’s night, the light is coming from the beach and from candles, sparkles, tiki torches.  Feeling in my heart is romantic, loving, full and grateful.  SCENE OVER!!!

79.We knew if we asked who was with you, your vibration would go down, down, down.  Q: so I go too far?  Abe:  you’ve been taking something that was broken and trying to fix it…

80.Get in, get a good feeling, GET OUT!

81.This isn’t where you make things happen, it’s where you go to feel a good feeling.  Q:  It was so kind that you allowed me to stop when I felt good.  Abe: we want you to be kind to yourself in the same way.

82.If you say, “I’m feeling a void and I want to fill it…,” don’t bother because you started with a void.

83.Go there, not to fix something but to practice having a happy heart.  Savor it!  The objective is to mine wherever you are standing for moments of good feelings.

84.Go in for 30 seconds, generate a good feeling mood, exchange a few words, get out.  If you stay longer than that, you may start to fix something or notice something is wrong.

85.The game is reaching the place where you recognize where a less pleasant thought will come in and get out before it takes over.

86.It does not matter AT ALL what your vibrational content is now because you can change it.  The only thing is, what part are you activating NOW.

87.You cannot deactivate something, you have to activate another thought. 

88.What is dominant is what you are making dominant.

89.How many 30 second Virtual Realities do you have to do to make it your dominant vibration – just 30 days of dabbling.

90.Tool:  “I don’t have to think about that now, I’ll think about that later.  I have decided not to think about it now.”

91.Where are you?  Alaska, there is a stream, I’m sitting on a rock, I have a cup of tea, I’m outside it’s morning, 8 AM.  I’m hearing flowing water, birds, I feel sunshine, there’s a bit of breeze, it’s mild, someone is sitting next to me, UH-Oh!!!

92.Abe:  when you bring in someone, you begin to feel disappointed or worried.  Get out before that.

93.Now where am I?  Indoors, outdoors, smell, lighting?  Go right to the place that feels good.  Red woods, Day Spa…, Northern California standing by Big tree, alone, remote.  Abe takes over:  people have hiked in, you can hear their excitement, enthusiasm, they draw your attention to the place with appreciation.  Now the scene is over…

94.Practice joy and integrate others.  Bring other people in when it feels good. 

95.The vibration you have practiced is the manifestation you’ve got.  Let go of arguing for your limitations.  It’s not about fixing what is broken.  Use virtual reality to feel good.  PERIOD.  Good feeling vibrations are all that is necessary, your lover will come.

96.In your joy about ____ you all your lover.  In discouragement of ______ you don’t allow your lover.

97.Esther found English easy because she knew correct usage of words form home.  You vibrate in the language you learned at home as dominant vibrations.

98.New scene:  my living room, late afternoon with my niece on the floor.  Abe:  no buzz, boring, try again, you have no limitations as to what you can imagine!

99.[Emphatic] OK!!!  Tuscany, outdoors, grass and old stone buildings, morning, exhilerated.  Scene is over, just enough to get vibrating.  Now, pick it up again.  Tuscany, restaurant, old, charming, family owned, everything has olive oil on it, love to eat, woman there, kiss her, say THANK YOU!  Scene over…  Abe:  milk it!  Q:  you mean dessert?  Abe: for you dessert is milking it, valve opening, life giving, for another that would take them into the toilet.

100.        Just 30 days of practicing good feeling will make all the difference.  Q:  I’m going to do it!!!

101.        The body knows how to be well, the body knows health.  The only reason the body isn’t healthy is that other thoughts get in the way.  Moments of good feeling in virtual reality allow health.  Wellbeing wants you.  It’s beating all doors down.  Wellbeing is what should be!  You don’t’ have to do exercises.  Just deprogram mind from not allowing wellbeing.

102.        Envision a brief run on a beach, knowing you look good, they know you look good, Scene Over!

103.        Envision meeting someone in an elevator who says you are really beautiful, Scene Over!

104.        Everything responds to you.  When you feel fat, food makes you fatter.  Metabolism is vibrational, a response to this moment in time.  There is nothing that is not mental involved.  Just practice scenarios…

105.        Reality is only a brief moment in time you keep repeating!

106.        The expectation that the public will be critical of you is because you’ve heard them being critical of others.  Esther loves Martha Stewart.  When a woman said, “I don’t like Martha,” Esther thought, “then I don’t like you!”  Made J&E laugh.

107.        There are a lot of people who won’t like you.  You are too tall, too short, too whatever.  Don’t give a rip about what any of them think of you, because all that matters is what you think of you.

108.        And as they criticize you, think, “you are adorable!  Your appreciation of me is not necessary to my appreciation of you.  My opinion is the issue here. 

109.        If it doesn’t feel good, it doesn’t matter where you learned it, just activate something else!

110.        What causes people to grow apart in long term relationships is that the lovely things that brought them together are no longer dominant.  At the beginning, both are hoping and looking for the best, putting their best foot forward, looking for the best in each other.  As they allow more opportunity for other things to surface, as they do everyday, they amplify the not wanted in each other, which then becomes dominant and the relationship declines.

111.        Either one could activate good feeling things on purpose – be loving or lovable.  When you get your feelings hurt, you activate more of that in each other.  In fact, you never grow apart, you grow together in ways that don’t please you!

112.        Exercise control of what you vibrate instead.  When you expect less than wonderful, someone who could have given you something else, instead meets your expectations.  Practice a good feeling vibration until it is who you are!

113.        Usually, you activate all your bad feelings as you separate to justify your decision, making long lists of blame so others will know it is not your fault.  As a result, good relationship is not coming to you anytime soon!

114.        Feel good, pet your cat, allow the perfect relationships to come to you.  You can easily activate a good feeling relationship.  We think it will be easy, you are so close to being right where you want to be.

115.        Only give us scenarios that would be allowing in nature.  If it is a place you really like being, talk away!  If not, spare yourself and everyone else with how you got there. 

116.        We want you to be sensitive to the way you feel, and determined to feel good.  Begin vibrating on purpose with Virtual Reality Process.  Work for a greater preponderance of good feeling thoughts. 

117.        Feeling joyful is achieving the goal of meditation.  Joy is too big a reach for some, feeling good is achieving the goal of meditation.  Your natural vibration is pure positive energy. 

118.        Both contentment and exhilaration are non-resistant vibrations.  When you be content with being content, enthusiasm is a natural byproduct.  LOA makes it more and more.  It helps you garner momentum, meditation is the easiest bridge for raising vibration. 

119.        You are on track.  We cannot imagine you being off your track.

120.        In Jesus’ Virtual Reality, he practiced the expectation of wellbeing.  He did not allow himself to observe lack of wellbeing.  As he held you as his object of attention, he flooded you with the knowing of wellbeing.  Those who came to him were listening with the eagerness to believe.  His influence came from the power of his practiced knowing of wellbeing. 

121.        It’s your faith that made you whole.  Go forth and speak not of this.  He knew their habitual patter of thought would disallow the wellbeing if they talked about it. 

122.        Cultivate the knee-jerk reaction of ALLOWING!

123.        Practice becoming so familiar with wellbeing that things do not set you off from it easily.  Know you have good tools to easily regain your balance.

124.        There were those around Jesus who were already doing greater things than he did!  He attracted by LOA those who were ready to change.  He was sometimes disconnected – not different from you.  He didn’t want to be set apart as different.

125.        Use Virtual Reality, pick any place there are no limitations.  Just pick a place that is easy to feel good when you go there.  There are no rules.

126.        Things that are lost are invisible, lost is a different vibration.  The universe is helping you understand vibrational harmony with the absence of something.  You may unconsciously manipulate something because you are vibrational on another track. 

127.        Esther lost her best pen.  We cannot guide her to this in the vibration that it is lost.  When she let go of needing to find it, she reached into her current handbag and there it was.  She thought Jerry moved it, but it was not vibrationally available to her.  The pen was on a different vibrational wavelength, so before when she reached for it there she didn’t find it.

128.        Does it change its physical vibration? Yes.  Someone else, not knowing it is lost, can find it.  Things can be vibrationally accessible to you, but not to the person standing right next to you.

129.        It is not surprising that it was a fun little thing, not life or death.  A neutral thing to have this experience around, yet it was something that was designed to keep you from making a mistake.  So you made the mistake of not being able to find it! 

130.        Avoid the tendency to set standards of perfect being who doesn’t make mistakes, there aren’t any of these.  The quest for perfection puts you off balance from the beginning. 

131.        Remember, I cannot get it wrong because I never get it done.  Rightness starts in the awareness of wrongness. 

132.        It is perfectly all right with us if we aggravate you.

133.        It would be strange if God offered so many wonderful worldly things if they weren’t good for you!

134.        The Universe will evolve if you get in sync with it or not.  The moment when you prefer, energy flows.  Contrast gives you something to focus on that is ever expanding.  The question to ask yourself is, “Is this consciousness joyful?”  Because life is always expansive to nonphysical, whether it is joyful or painful.

135.        Take pleasure in a cozy moment with a good book, or a movie with friends.  Life is about mining the details for something joyful in each moment.  Even your cells are always finding a preference.  Even single celled organisms do.

136.        To be open to the clarity and fullness of who you are as Source is what joy is.

137.        You WANT something to focus on.  Look for the potential of something stimulating here, wherever you are.  Develop the propensity to be happy wherever you go.  When you are finding something fun and stimulating, All That Is is benefiting from it.  There is no other reason than joy, joy in the moment.  When you are focused and lined up, All that Is flows through you.  You cannot recognize the joy without the contrast.

138.        In Virtual Reality process, feeling good in this moment is the pay off.  Anything you think you want is always about feeling good.  Once you get this down, no good place, wanted by you, is ever off limits.

139.        Do you need a body, if you are just going to feel good in Virtual Reality?  Yeah, because you need the context of a body to Do Virtual Reality! 

140.        Childhood memories of abuse often contain a spattering of reality and connection to the experience of others at the same vibration.  Whatever you remember, you are a match to now, whether you actually lived it in the lifetime or not. 

141.        You are a strong point of focus, an energy personality that continues to exist after re-emergence into nonphysical.  The vibration of you is exists eternally and is available to those who love you.  The issue is more of focus than individuality, there are no discreet clumps in nonphysical.  You are many different things at different ages in your life.  Even in the physical, you cannot remember yourself wholly all at once.  You are a multi-dimensional being, contemplating life from both broader perspective and from specific perspective.  Your IB that is you, sometimes will recall you as you were.  Esther recalls a dead friend and feels their reconstitution – they become themselves again for that period of time.  Esther rarely wants to just let Abraham live through her.  She loves being Esther, and when she dies, she’ll become all Abraham again. She’ll be able to reconstruct Esther from her IB place, and will do so as those who love her call her to them. 

142.        From nonphysical you don’t worry about your identity.

143.        The Nonphysical has ego – it’s all about the focus of/as that which you call ME.  Cells are egotistical.  Selfishly self-referencing is valid behavior.  Everybody cares most about how they feel.  It’s mandatory.

144. If you say, “I will be self-less,” it is for the pleasure of  being pleasing in the eyes of God [in your own mind]. Revel in the ego! Be Joyously selfish! How you feel matters!

145.        Step 1 is preferring.  If you take responsibity for Step 2, you aren’t trusting the Unvierse to take care of it for you.  Step 2 just happens, trust it.

146.        Control comes at the expense of allowing.  You can’t help but know preferences.  Making them happen through action is too hard.

147.        You are worthy and deserving of all abundance.  The Universe is giving it.  Just let it in.  Why wait?

148.        Jerry & Esther enjoy their servers in restaurants.  They look for opportunities to uplift and play with someone new.  They find more and more subtle ways to uplift. 

149.        Mine the moment for something fun or new.  Often the waiter says to them, “I enjoyed meeting you.  I feel better than I did before.”

150.        Do Virtual Reality about things going well for you.  The world is good to me and I am treated well wherever I go.  When you are in that space, the eggs you order come just how you want them to be.  Don’t cook them yourself.  Do it yourself with Virtual Reality.  It lines up a lot more than just the way your eggs are cooked!

151.        Esther is still learning to make feeling good her priority. 

152.        Q:  Do we have to only read Pollyanna – I like to watch ER!  Abe:  No, TV won’t create a perfect nucleus for you to feel good.  It’s there for entertainment and that’s fun.  But if it starts to feel bad, leave it.  Health care commercials set you up to expect decline.  The insurance material is written to evoke a sense of vulnerability, misery or sickness.  They want to make your loved ones more comfortable while you are necessarily dwindling.  It’s not true!

153.        When you are allowing you you really are to flow, you will thrive.  The more joyful you are, the better you look, the better you feel.  Practice feeling good on purpose.

154.        Virtual Reality Process is a jump start.  You are already part of the perpetual motion of wellbeing.  The better you feel, the better you feel, the better you feel.  More good things to remember and talk about come.

155.        Say to yourself, I was born with an inheritance of wellbeing, I’m just now learning to manage it.

156.        Be happy where you are and recognize it as a place to stand from which to be forward.

157.        Any one thing could hold your attention eternally if you didn’t contradict the energy. You have no responsibility to spread yourself out over many things.

158.        On the other hand, what difference does it make what you are doing as long as you are having fun doing it?  The only point to do anything is to enjoy it.  Flow happens when you focus on the fun.

159.        Focus in Virtual Reality on little snatches of things that feel flowing, practice it in your mind.  Milk each moment for high, good feelings.  And the Universe will deliver the best of that in all areas.

160.        You are not yet oriented to pleasing yourself with joy, you feel responsible to earn dollars.  You are not guiding life by what pleases you most, you are focusing where you can earn the most dollars.  Confusion comes in trying to serve more masters than pleasing yourself.  The true package of success is to earn through doing what you love.  Don’t try too hard to orchestrate how it unfolds.  Let the universe do that.

161.        When you simply have preferences and hold yourself in the place of allowing wellbeing, Law of Attraction manages all of it.

162.        Esther loved the rocks in La Jolla.  Now rocks like them are appearing in her new water garden.  She didn’t plan that, it didn’t look like that in the drawings, but she loves them.  She has gone in her mind to sit and sun, loving the rocks.  She created them by pure appreciation.  She just appreciated and didn’t keep them from coming.

163.        Source energy knows so many things which will please you.  Take as much pleasure as possible in where you are now.   There is not one best possible thing, variety is the spice of life.

164.        Be a master of allowing, of seeing the positive aspects everywhere you look.  There are no righter and wronger moments, there a only moment.

165.        Should Esther only do this, speak for Abraham?  No, there is no less satisfaction in cooking eggs.  If you don’t know that, then you’ve never really cooked eggs!!!

166.        Epiphanies come in the throes of things that aren’t very glamorous.

167.        The greatest value of any book is to the individual writing it.  Others reading it appreciate it because you give them access to the vortex you opened with it.

168.        You do not have to justify your value by doing great things, working too hard.  The world is already perfect.  Stop pushing and enjoy NOW more.

169.        Stop and relax.  Ask how does it feel now?  It sucks!  How about that?  Life is right now.  It will always be right now.  It’s never going to get any better than right now until it gets better right now.

170.        The stream of thought that you are did not begin with the body you call you.  You are just now focused with a specific point of view.  You’ve always had intentions and expectations and you have talents related to your intentions. 

171.        You might say, I would not have chosen this family, this body.  But you did choose it, anticipating value from it.  Often dawn breaks more beautifully after adversity.  You are always able to benefit from where you are.  But you need to be in a place of connection to discover it.

172.        Joy comes from expressing your talents and abilities.  All people and intentions are not the same.  Joy comes from all kinds of lives and decisions, in our differences we add to the whole.

173.        Regarding physical limitations, the joy is in the game itself.  Whether they ever make the Major Leagues, the dream is worth having.  The joy is in the dream.  It’s not a preparation for something else.  Life is in this moment now!

174.        Is what you are being right now joyful?

175.        Dream your dream purely, don’t face reality.  And take maximum joy with whatever you have so far.

176.        Say:  I’m going to make the best I can possibly make of this moment while I am open to all possibilities.  Find joy satisfaction in your individual part, and find joy in the entire symphony.

177.        Jerry wanted to do lots of things and was frustrated there weren’t more of him to go around.  But if you are happy in what you are doing, what’s your concern about what you are not doing? 

178.        I am fresh and free, anything I want can be mine! 

179.        In feeling joyful, you are letting good stuff in because it feels good to dream. 

180.        Most children tune parents out early.  Parents are in kind of a no win – it’s not your life to live and you feel guarded.  The relationship is not as important as you make it out to be.  There’s a whole lot of other things that effect you – TV,friends, school, teachers.  There is huge stimulation of thought.

181.        Joining in other people’s Virtual Reality, dreaming their dreams with them, is the greatest gift you can give.  It is the Master’s power of influence.

182.        There are no limitations!

183.        Should you go to VR to receive more money?  NO!  Don’t do it for that.  It’s not to turn something around, it’s to practice the vibration that allows.  Otherwise you drag lack into the VR.  The purpose of VR is joy.  Get in, get it, get OUT!  Five minutes later, go back again.  It becomes a pattern you want to follow.  Get in, get high, get out!

184.        In VR, there is no inertia to overcome.  People say anything you want them to say. There is no excuse not to feel good.  It’s addictive!!!

185.        Law of Attraction then starts working, you get more of what you are bubbling.  All kinds of good things come up.

186.        When you come to a feeling of joy, then joyful things come.

187.        Shouldn’t life be more of a struggle?  Play it any way you like!

188.        Watching Survivor reignites appreciation of simple pleasures.  It’s like dancing on the edge that keeps everything sharp and feeling good.

189.        When you really want something, it is easier to be pure when you are alone than with 14 others.  One individual in alignment can line things up for the whole group.

190.        Jerry & Esther often talk of a beautiful sailboat that went by when they were on a dock in Key Westl.  They both love the feeling place of that.  Bask in the satisfaction of that moment and of feeling really, really good.

191.        Never again talk about not catching fish.

192.        The universe is not impersonal!  When you are a match, entities assist you in every moment of joyous unfolding.

193.        There is more potential for good than bad in every moment of time.  Optimism helps you have even more good.

194.        Be known as someone who, when you are involved, people always expect things to turn out better!  Stop and savor more moments.  Nothing is incomplete.  Focus in the now, look for nuggets of more things to anticipate, ponder, conclude, appreciate, savor, explore, love, adore, find positive aspects of, contemplate, adore, love, are we repeating ourselves yet?  [laughter}

195.        Q:  I didn’t need to be upfront to have a good time!  Abe:  we’re all crazy…  Q:  good segue!  Who Am I?  Abe:  You are Source energy, physically embodied for the purpose of joy in an expanding Universe.  You are joy, clarity, incomplete and eager for more!

196.        Get into the place of no resistance and just let your talents or gifts be.  When you temper passion for freedom with willingness to focus, you have the best of all possible worlds!

197.        You can be highly focused in the moment without giving up your freedom to choose.  Set your own goals and let ‘er rip!

198.        Virtual Reality something, and then stand by as you allow the Universe to create it.  You are not giving up freedom in doing that.

199.        An exhilarating vibration of influence is when someone else is asking and insight flows through you.  They are doing part 1, Source is doing part 2, you are helping them with part 3.  You are wanting to do it for yourself!  Allow your own desires instead of always being in an attitude of service for others.

200.        Sometimes you are letting it in.  When you aren’t you are too hard on yourself.

201.        Q:  I want mastership, full facility… Abe:  You’ve got it when you know you’ve got it, when you let it be.  Let yourself be master of what’s here and now.  Be present in the moment, lighten up and have fun in the moment.  There are not more virtuous things than others.  Anything is fine, just focus!!!

202.        Life is really supposed to be good.  You are adored.  You’ve not done anything Source sees as having been wrong.  You’re doing a very good job.  There is great love here for you!
